Make Your Wedding a Main Stage Event

By Becky Streeter

Picture this: You and your future spouse, saying your “I do’s” on the same stage where you first saw the iconic Eric Church and Brad Paisley at Country Fest, or maybe it was Kid Rock and Korn at Rock Fest. Now, Fest Valley Events in Cadott, Wisconsin can make this dream come true.

Wade Asher, General Manager of Fest Valley Events, said the decision to add weddings to the venue was an easy one.“Our venue on the festival concert grounds holds a lot of meaning for a lot of people,” says Asher. “At the music festivals, people from all over the country tell me how beautiful our setting is. There’s a natural beauty out here that you really can’t find many other places.” He says many people meet the love of their life during the festivals, so why not give them the opportunity to celebrate that love where it all began?

Three different packages are available to choose from depending on the desired experience and the size of the event:

  1. The Main Stage Celebration can accommodate 350 guests and comes with all the frills: linens, napkins, centerpieces, tables, chairs, silverware, and two bartenders/security guards. Bridal parties also get to enjoy the use of artist dressing rooms!

  2. Ceremony in the Woods is perfect for smaller settings. It can accommodate up to 100 guests and is tucked away in a romantic wooded area with log bench seating, and includes the use of a wooden archway. This package can be paired with the Main Stage Celebration for a discounted rate.

  3. The Weekend Retreat includes all aspects of both the Main Stage Celebration and Ceremony in the Woods packages, but the space is rent for bothFriday and Saturday. This option is great for those looking to make a destination wedding out of their celebration. Electric camping spots are also available with this option.

Fest Valley Events will take care of everything. Asher states, “Our main goal is to make sure the wedding couple and their families have zero worries so they can just enjoy their day.” Each wedding is staffed according to size and event plan, and everything is set up ahead of time with the Venue Coordinator.

They also provide a list vendors who have worked previous events on the grounds and are familiar with the space and process. From caterers and photographers to DJ’s and limo services–you name it, they can recommend it. Fest Valley Events knows and trusts each vendor they recommend. Asher says, “The last thing I want is for our wedding couples to have a bad experience at our venue because of another vendor involved. We take partnerships seriously because ultimately those partner vendors affect the wedding couple and their big day.”

Fest Valley Events officially launched the brand in February of 2019 on Valentine’s Day, and they are excited to do their first wedding this July. They are currently booking for weddings in 2019, 2020, and 2021. As Fest Valley Events continues to grow, they are hoping to expand to corporate and charities events and even more festivals at the venue.
